Costs
What it costs, how you pay.
How much does it cost to work with you?
You know the price before we start: a written quote after the assessment, in approved phases. The initial assessment is free and takes 30 minutes. After that you get a written proposal split into phases, each with its own cost: you approve one phase at a time.
Are there ongoing costs?
It depends on what we build: servers and external services (AI models, for example) have usage costs, which we estimate for you in advance on your volumes. Maintenance is optional and comes with written terms.
Can I use grants or public funding?
Often, yes. You’ll find the schemes currently open in our guide to grants and funding for going digital in Lazio; we prepare the technical part of the project.

How we work, how long it takes.
How long does a project take?
We put it in writing in the proposal, phase by phase. We’d rather deliver a first piece that works early than everything at once, late.
Do I have to change the programs I use?
Hardly ever. We connect what you already use and add only what’s missing. Starting from scratch only makes sense when it costs less than patching things up.
Who will be my point of contact?
One single person, from the assessment to delivery, who coordinates everyone working on the project.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, with clients all over Italy. In the province of Latina we can also meet in person. See how we work.
Ownership and data
Who owns it, where the data lives.
Is the software mine to keep?
Yes, source code included, with the documentation. Your data, logins and brand are yours too.
Where is my business’s data kept?
In data centres in the European Union, with providers certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Any transfer outside the EU is declared and covered by the GDPR’s safeguards.
Will you sign a data processing agreement as our processor?
Yes, when we process personal data on your behalf: it is the agreement required by Article 28 of the GDPR.
Artificial intelligence
AI, without the jargon.
Where is the best place to start with AI?
With a task that is repetitive, frequent and has clear rules: documents to read, questions that keep coming back, requests to sort. The 2-minute check-up helps you choose.
Will AI make decisions for me?
No, unless you decide it should. We design things so that the decisions that matter go through a person and every action the AI takes is logged.
What does the AI Act require of my business?
It depends on how you use AI. The first obligation, already in force, is training the people who use it. We explain it in our guide, the AI Act for small businesses.
Is the assistant on this site an AI?
Yes, and it says so. It answers from Z-32's own information and, if you ask, prepares a request for the team: but you send it yourself, with a button.
